Andrew Bartuccelli is an associate attorney for the law offices of Wetherington Hamilton, P.A. He has practiced in a variety of legal fields including Criminal Law, Civil litigation, Collections, and Personal Injury Protection. Mr. Bartuccelli started his career with the Polk County Public Defender’s office, helping to represent indigent clients. During his time with the Public Defender’s office, he participated in over fifteen Jury trials, six of which were as first chair. It was during this time that he discovered his love for litigation. After his time with the Public Defender’s office, Mr. Bartuccelli transitioned to practicing civil litigation, where he handed cases from their inception through to summary judgments.

Mr. Bartuccelli was born in Staten Island, New York, but has lived in Florida since 2005, and ultimately attended Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Bartuccelli has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2016. When he is not practicing law, Mr.Bartuccelli is almost certainly spending time with his wife, two young boys, and three chihuahuas. His other interest includes staying physically active, and watching hockey. Go Bolts!
