Harvey Halprin joined Wetherington Hamilton, P.A., as an Associate Attorney in 2023. His practice primarily centers around Community Association law, providing general counsel services to condominium association, homeowners’ association, and cooperative boards. Navigating covenant enforcement matters, governing document amendments, association meetings, elections, recalls, expired covenants under the Marketable Record Title Act (“MRTA”), and compliance with local government land use regulations are all within the ambit of Mr. Halprin’s experience.

A double Gator, Mr. Halprin graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021. During his time in Gainesville he was awarded the Law Student Award by the City and Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar, served as Executive Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy, and was active in all aspects of the Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law program. Mr. Halprin was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. A life-long resident of this state, he delights in any opportunity to explore its natural beauty. In his spare time he enjoys engaging in various outdoor activities with friends, including kayaking, fishing, cycling, and gardening.
